Το Παράρτημα Αδριατικής – Ιονίου του Φόρουμ της Ευρώπης των Πολιτισμών έχει αναπτύξει ιδιαίτερες σχέσεις με έναν αριθμό ΜΚΟ και άλλων οργανώσεων της κοινωνίας των πολιτών καθώς και πανεπιστημίων, ιδρυμάτων και επιχειρήσεων δημόσιων και ιδιωτικών στην Ελλάδα και το εξωτερικό. Με πολλές από αυτές ξεκίνησε κατά προτεραιότητα από το 2006 να συνεργάζεται για οργάνωση κοινών εκδηλώσεων, μελέτες, σχεδιασμό και υλοποίηση ερευνητικών και αναπτυξιακών έργων και υποβολή προτάσεων για χρηματοδότηση σε τοπικούς, εθνικούς, ευρωπαϊκούς και διεθνείς φορείς και όργανα.

UniAdrion: Virtual university of Adriatic – Ionian Basin
UniAdrion is a “Network of Universities” established with the purpose to create a permanent connection among Universities and Research centres from the Adriatic-Ionian Region. The university network was born within the framework of the Adriatic-Ionian Initiative, as established on the occasion of the International Conference entitled “Culture as a Bridge - The Interuniversity Cooperation in the Adriatic-Ionian Basin” held on 15th -16th December 2000 in Ravenna, Italy.
UniAdrion promotes cooperation among Universities and Research Centres mainly through the realization of didactic initiatives, such as training courses, masters, research projects. Their didactic structure is characterized by a blended approach, it means alternation between face to face (seminars, summer school, a period of frontal lessons) and on-line modules through a Web learning environment.
Presently there are seven Focal Points located in Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia, Greece, Italy, Serbia, Montenegro, Slovenia.

The Association Forum of Adriatic and Ionian Cities and Towns in order to achieve its institutional goal, and in order to facilitate and develop the activity of its Members, intends:
- to foster economic, social, cultural and scientific integration in the Adriatic and Ionian area, in order to facilitate the transborder flows,
- to create a common and overall image in and out the Adriatic and Ionian area,
- to play a lead role in the transborder cooperation being a transnational organisation.

What is the Forum
In 2001 the Chamber of Commerce of Split gave birth to the idea of the Forum, in order to network the Chambers of the different countries on the Adriatic Sea, to discuss common problems of the crossborder area and to jointly promote cooperation programmes.
Aims
The project aims at coordinating and harmonizing the actions of the Chambers of Commerce of the countries on the Adriatic Sea, in order to favour the legal and administrative integration, to develop promotion policies, to create an Adriatic macro-region. “The Forum of the Chambers of Commerce of the Adriatic and Ionian area” is a non-profit voluntary and transnational association with a standing organization. The Forum secretariat office is located at the Chamber of Commerce of Ancona.

Chambre d’Arts de la Mediterranee (France)
Η Μη Κυβερνητική Οργάνωση «Chambre des Beaux Arts de Méditerranée - Επιμελητήριο Καλών Τεχνών Μεσογείου», έχει έδρα το Παρίσι, Γαλλία δημιουργήθηκε υπό το καθεστώς του νόμου 1901 και είναι αναγνωρισμένη ως Οργάνωση Διεθνούς Αλληλεγγύης. Είναι μέλος του CRID (Centre de Recherche et d'Information sur le Développement) και υποστηρίζεται από σημαντικά Γαλλικά υπουργεία.
Το «Chambre des Beaux Arts de Méditerranée - Επιμελητήριο Καλών Τεχνών Μεσογείου» έχει εκπονήσει και συντονίζει σημαντικά έργα ανάπτυξης κυρίως αφιερωμένα στη προστασία και διατήρηση της παραδοσιακής Μεσογειακής πολιτιστικής και καλλιτεχνικής κληρονομιάς ενώ συγχρόνως εργάζεται για την ενίσχυση της σύγχρονης δημιουργίας. Επιπλέον αποδίδει ιδιαίτερη προσοχή στο ρόλο των γυναικών μέσα στην αναπτυξιακή διαδικασία.
Το πλέον πρόσφατο έργο που ολοκλήρωσε το 2006 ήταν το PRODECOM – Produit - Développement - Communication (www.chbeauxarts-prodecom.org) με την οικονομική υποστήριξη της Ευρωπαϊκής Επιτροπής/πρόγραμμα Euromed Héritage II. Το PRODECOM βασίζεται στην πολιτιστική κληρονομιά που θεωρείται παράγοντας ανάπτυξης βιώσιμης, κοινωνικής και ανθρώπινης και αφορά στην κληρονομιά των καλλιτεχνικών επαγγελμάτων του πολιτιστικού ευρω-μεσογειακού χώρου, το ρόλο της στην ανάπτυξη και διατήρηση της κοινής πολιτιστικής κληρονομιάς. Απευθύνεται κατά προτεραιότητα στους ενεργούς τεχνίτες των οποίων τα επαγγέλματα απειλούνται απο εξαφάνιση και δίδει ιδιαίτερη προσοχή στις γυναίκες της περιοχής.

L’Università Telematica “Guglielmo Marconi” è la prima Università “aperta” (Open University) in Italia, riconosciuta dal MIUR (Ministero dell’Istruzione, dell’Universita e della Ricerca) con D.M. 1 marzo 2004 (G.U. n. 65 del 18/03/2004). Il Consorzio Interuniversitario FOR.COM. sviluppa e distribuisce programmi di formazione di livello superiore (corsi di studio post-lauream e di formazione continua, di aggiornamento professionale) utilizzando le tecnologie della FaD (Formazione a distanza) con particolare riguardo per le procedure e le metodologie di e-learning.
Il FOR.COM. attiva programmi di formazione e di ricerca nei diversi settori professionali con specifico riguardo per le problematiche collegate alle esigenze di diffusione di un’offerta didattica finalizzata all'educazione continua. Le diverse azioni operative sono inquadrate nei programmi dell’Unione europea di ricerca e di istruzione realizzando un canale permanente di scambio tra l'attività di formazione e il sistema delle professioni in modo da garantire la coerenza tra gli standard formativi e la rapida evoluzione dei processi di sviluppo economico e socio-culturale. I programmi formativi del FOR.COM. si rivolgono in particolare agli studenti che, per i loro impegni e per la loro situazione (studenti lavoratori, diversamente abili, etc.), hanno difficoltà a seguire le attività formative in presenza presso strutture tradizionali.
L'offerta didattica del FOR.COM., articolata in attività di e-learning, in modalità basate soprattutto attraverso rete Internet (Web Based), TV interattiva, Cd multimediali, riguarda programmi di formazione continua e di aggiornamento professionale nei segmenti post-diploma e post-lauream. ΙΝΣΤΙΤΟΥΤΟ
Σκοπός του ΙΝΣΤΙΤΟΥΤΟΥ είναι η δημιουργική σύγκλιση, συνεργασία και ουσιαστική συμβολή των ενεργών επιστημονικών, πνευματικών, κοινωνικών, πολιτισμικών και αναπτυξιακών εν γένει δυνάμεων της περιοχής, με στόχο την υποστήριξη μιας στρατηγικής για την δυναμική και ολοκληρωμένη ανάπτυξη της Κέρκυρας και της Κερκυραϊκής κοινωνίας των πολιτών, προς την κατεύθυνση ανάδειξης των συγκριτικών πλεονεκτημάτων της σε σημαντικό κόμβο ευρύτερων πολιτιστικών διεργασιών και όχι μόνον.
Επιπλέον ιδιαίτεροι τομείς στόχων και σκοπών της λειτουργικής αναφοράς της νέας συλλογικότητας με την μορφή του ΙΝΣΤΙΤΟΥΤΟΥ είναι:
- Η ισόρροπη ανάπτυξη και οικονομική ενδυνάμωση της Κέρκυρας, με την αξιοποίηση όλων των εναλλακτικών της δυνατοτήτων, διά της αντίστοιχης ποιότητας παροχής υπηρεσιών.
- Η αντιμετώπιση του προβλήματος της απασχόλησης, ιδίως των νέων, μέσα από την διαμόρφωση και προβολή των όρων και προϋποθέσεων, που σχετίζονται όχι μόνο με την δημιουργία νέων θέσεων απασχόλησης, αλλά και τον ίδιο τον κοινωνικό αναπροσανατολισμό στο ζήτημα της εργασίας.
- Η ανάδειξη των υπαρκτών δυνατοτήτων ανάπτυξης της Κέρκυρας σε αναπτυξιακούς τομείς, που μπορούν να ενισχύσουν την απασχόληση και να δώσουν νέα ώθηση στην τοπική κοινωνική οικονομία και αγορά.
- Η ενίσχυση των τομέων της Παιδείας και του Πολιτισμού, με την συνδυασμένη αξιοποίηση των παραδοσιακών δυνάμεων των εκπαιδευτικών μονάδων που λειτουργούν στην περιοχή.
- Η ενίσχυση της ουσιαστικής επικοινωνίας των τοπικών κοινωνικών συνόλων, που λειτουργούν στο γεωγραφικό πλαίσιο του Νομού, με στόχο την κατάργηση αντιθέσεων και των ατελέσφορων τοπικών ανταγωνισμών και την ανάδειξη των δημιουργικών στοιχείων αναπτυξιακής σύγκλισης και κοινωνικής συνοχής.
- Η ενεργοποίηση των απανταχού Κερκυραίων με σκοπό την ένταξη των προσωπικών και συλλογικών τους δυνατοτήτων στις δράσεις του Ινστιτούτου και την οργανωμένη συμβολή τους στην ανάδειξη και προβολή της Κέρκυρας στον χώρο αναφοράς και επιρροής τους.
- Η συμβολή στην ενίσχυση, ανάδειξη και προβολή του ρόλου της Κέρκυρας και των Ιονίων Νήσων γενικότερα στις διεργασίες της ευρύτερης Διαβαλκανικής συνεργασίας και η ανάπτυξη δικτύων συνεργασίας με ανάλογους και ομότιμους φορείς των Βαλκανικών Χωρών, στο πλαίσιο της ευρωπαϊκής ενταξιακής τους διαδικασίας.

Culturelink, the Network of Networks for Research and Cooperation in Cultural Development, was established by UNESCO and the Council of Europe in 1989 in Paris, at the Consultation of Representatives of Regional and Sub-regional Networks for Cultural Development Research and Cooperation. The Institute for International Relations (IMO, formerly IRMO) in Zagreb, Croatia has been the Network’s focal point since its inception.
Serving as resource centre for all of its members, Culturelink has established itself as an efficient and unique mechanism in the field of culture. With its extensive geographic coverage, it was the widest-ranging project of the World Decade for Cultural Development (1988-1997).

Anna Lindh Foundation
CogniTerra is the representative of Greek youth organizations in the national network, part of the Anna Lindh Foundation for Dialogue between Cultures Euro-Mediterranean Network.
The Foundation is the first common institution jointly established and financed by all 35 members of the Euro-Mediterranean Partnership. The Foundations main objective is to bring people and organizations from both shores of the Mediterranean closer to each other and to help bridging the gap between them.
